Although my A/C was working, I could see the outside unit was covered in sand/dust and my Edison bill seemed higher than usual, even with solar. Desert A/C’s semi-annual service contract sounded like a good idea and I had my 1st appointment today. Ray, my professional, efficient and friendly service technician thoroughly explained that a small part was not working at full capacity (brought the part in and tested it in front of me) and would eventually result in a much bigger problem – a $100 part now vs $800 later. I feel like my investment in the part and Desert A/C was well spent and anticipate a much longer life for my system with their regular maintenance plan.

I’m a contractor myself and Desert Air is the bar for all AC companies to meet. From the 1st call we received nothing but the best service period. From the gals in the office, the service techs and installers, and everyone we interacted with at Desert Air. We received the best pricing and there isn’t a company that is more professional, strives in quality, exceptional cleanliness, and customer service oriented ! We couldn’t be more satisfied with our new AC system and the services we received.

We had two air/heating units removed and replaced. Your service team of Braulio, Ken & Anthony were courteous, polite and professional. The job was completed in the time provided. As always you have two very happy clients. Job well done! We will continue to recommend Desert Air.

I needed a new A/C company that was reliable and reasonable. Someone recommended Desert Air, and they were not wrong. From the moment I called and spoke to Valarie who was so kind, sweet, and explained their services as well as their cost. She also followed up to make sure everything was good. I had my home serviced 10/22/2021 and Andrew came to do the services, let me tell you how blown away I was with him. He was not only ON TIME ,do you know how rare that is. Than he had his mask on which makes me feel great and safe.He was very nice, clean and spent more than 5 minutes at my house. He laid out a sheet so my floors would not get dirty and serviced my unit . He checked everything and put in a new filter. He was so nice and his work was excellent and clean. He then picked up after himself and made sure that it didn’t look like he was even there. I was so impressed that I had to write this review right away. Thank you Desert Air, you guys are the best and Andrew is and was great. Can’t wait to see him on my next service. EVERYONE SHOULD PLEASE TIP THEIR TECHNICIAN BECAUSE THEY WORK HARD AND DO A GOOD JOB!!!!!
