HERO Program
Desert Air Conditioning is verified as a HERO Registered Contractor, approved by the program. The HERO Program is a tax-deductible way to finance your upgrade to an energy-efficient HVAC system. If you have equity in your home, you can be approved for the HERO Program, no credit check required.
Some of the benefits of the HERO program include
- The repayment terms run from 5 to 20 years and are up to you.
- Payments are made when you pay your property tax and will show as a line item on that bill.
- The program is based on home equity, no money down required.
- The interest on payments may be tax-deductible.
- Everything, including installation and labor, is included.
- If you sell your home the balance can either be paid off or transferred to the new owner.
